If you accept a cash offer and proceed to closing, your information will be shared with the licensed North Carolina closing attorney supervising the transaction. That attorney is bound by their own professional confidentiality obligations and North Carolina State Bar rules.
5. Data retention
Form submissions received through FormSubmit.co are delivered to Jay's email inbox and are retained in that email account. We do not maintain a separate CRM database.
If you submitted a form but no transaction resulted:
- Your submission remains in Jay's email inbox until manually deleted
- You can request deletion at any time by emailing jay@cashhomebuyersraleighnc.com
If a purchase transaction was completed:
- Transaction records (including your name and property address) are retained for seven years to comply with North Carolina tax and business record requirements
- These records cannot be deleted on request during the retention period, but access is limited to Jay and the closing attorney
